We aim to make this site a pleasant, positive and fun place to visit and use. Our terms and conditions are set out below to guide you on this and we ask that you read them and enter into the spirit of our site by following these terms of use.

By accessing our site, you are accepting that you have read, understood and will abide by our terms of use as outlined below. By signing-up you also confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and are able to understand the terms set out in this document. Your continued use of the Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the service or the site. It is your responsibility to check the Site to see if there have been changes to these Terms and to review such changes.

You may create and use only one profile (identity) to use our website. Duplicate accounts can be used for devisive purposes and are strictly against these terms of use. If we find a duplicate account we will delete all accounts relating to that member name, email address or IP address as we deem fit.

Do not use this service to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse other people. You will refrain from all expressions of bigotry, racism, homophobia, hatred, extreme foul language or profanity.

Our team may suspend or ban users, or delete or alter any information, text or graphics, that violate these terms of use or are deemed to compromise security, disclosure of unauthorised information on third parties, anything likely to cause offense, or anything deemed potentially libelous. You may appeal against our decisions in these matters but our decision is always final.

You may not redistribute images, photos or any personal data that you have found, copied or downloaded from this site. All information contained within members profiles belongs to them, so please do not steal their text or graphics or share their profile information with third parties without their consent.

We do not allow or condone any illegal activities. You cannot use our site to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information.

Do not upload files or post messages that contain material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law, unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. We are not responsible for any use of anything you say or post using our service.

Do not upload files or photos, software or other material that may be considered to be pornographic, vulgar, politically extreme, or offensive to any other users. All photo's you upload should be your own to upload or yours to upload with permission of the people shown within them. Photo's uploaded must not display genitalia, or be overtly sexual or provocative in nature. All photo's are vetted before they are allowed into our game rotation and our word on accepting a photo is final. Members are also governed by the laws of their country and must not enter into any act which would be considered illegal within their country of residence or the country they are accessing this site from.

Do not post any materials (including software and other information, including links to other websites) that could harm (or is designed to harm) other users' computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software or web sites. This includes, but is not limited to, cracked software, torrents and spyware, or use of computer programs that contain destructive features such as: viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or bots.

You may not use the internal messaging system to send spam, unsolicited mailings or any other form of non-social communication. We will immediately ban any user who uses the messaging system to spam or harass other members or send vulgar, threatening, racist or other unsociable text.

You are responsible and liable for all your activities while using our site. Remember, you are responsible for anything you say, publish or post.

We offer options for people to rate other and interact with others through these ratings. We take no responsibility for the ratings, content, nor any activities resulting from the content or otherwise, in these areas. We will not alter any game rating for an individual for any image they may use in the game. By joining this site and uploading a photo you are agreeing to participate in the game and accept that your photo will be rated, both other members, and site visitors who do not have an account within the framework of the game.

We are not responsible for loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of any materials you store on our site. It is your responsibility to back-up anything you wish to keep at another loction.

We are not responsible for the content on the websites that members may link to from within their profiles. Please be aware that any member-generated link is outside of our own site standards and you access other sites from these links at your own risk.

Photo's uploaded by yourself for the purposes of the game must be obviously of one individual to whom the rating will apply. That person must be the member who created and owns the account.

All content that a member publishes to their profile (including text and pictures) is considered to be part of the public domain and the Internet. It is not possible to control or monitor against the theft any element that goes to make up your profile, even that which you may only show to friends due to the possibility that they may share your profile content without your consent.

You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information you receive online. The information provided could be inadequate, inaccurate or incomplete. The decision to conduct transactions with anyone is your own and you should conduct your own research prior to making any decisions.

Our premium member service is non-transferable between accounts or individuals. The one-off payment allows you premium features for the members account it was purchased for, and for that accounts membership term only. If you end that membership either through choice of by violating these terms of use, you are ending your membership term and will not receive a refund.

You earn Gold (activity points) for various actions you perform on the site. These actions are not universial and may be changed by us without warning. We may also change the number of points allocated for an activity. We reserve the right to not to allow a member to cash in their Gold if our admin stats reveal unusual acqusition patterns. All stats will be made available to that member if we do challenge a cashing in request. We reserve the right to alter and deduct Gold totals if we believe they have been gathered inappropriately (via spam for example).We also reserve the right to alter totals and refuse cashing in requests in the event of any technical error issuing incorrect totals.

We reserve the right to add, remove or amend any feature or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability. We also reserve the right to increase or reduce the price or alter the content or features of any premium service or item we may offer, without explanation or liability.

PRIVACY POLICY

Gathered Information
We gather certain information that is essential to running a membership-driven website. Most information within your members profile is optional, however we do ask for your real name (which is seen by you and our admin team only and never to other members), a valid email address, your age, country and state/county/area of residence. Your supplied information is unique and allows us to maintain your account.

You Identity
Your password is the key to maintaining the security of your account and on-site identity. This password should be kept securely and changed if you suspect that someone else may know it. Never share your account information with anyone. Your personal information may be stored outside your country of residence, and may therefore be subject to data protection laws that are different to those of your own country.

Profile Information
You have the ability to manage what information is seen by others on the site. Please refer to the relevant help page on modifying your profile visibility via account settings. As a rough guide, if you do not want to share something with the world then do not post it on your profile! By default, all profiles and blogs created may be accessible on the internet and explicitly by third party search engines "crawlers" (e.g. Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask).

How we use your information
We use your information purely for internal means. We use your information to maintain your account and interact with you, and for the puropse of maintaining and improving the service as a whole. Information is grouped by various factors such as age, country and sex to produce general demographical information that may be shared with third parties. We never share individual members details with third parties or elements of their information which may make that person identifiable.

Cookies
We use cookies to provide the services we offer. Without these cookies you will be unable to use the site fully. We collect some information automatically via our cookies such as times and durations of on site for example. Cookies are therefore required to be accepted in order to use our service. Some of our third party advertisers may serve cookies with their advertisements. We only use reputable, globally recognised brands and advertising agencies to serve advertising on our site.

IP Tracking
When you sign into Jemple we record your IP address in our log. We do this to ensure that we can identify troublemakers, fake profiles and potential paedophile activity. Your actions on Jemple are not anonymous therefore.

Third Parties
We never share your information with third parties. We may use members details to target advertising generated on our site on behalf of third parties, but not for use by third parties. If you receive an email from another company claiming to be working on our behalf please let us know as all marketing is carried out only by our own team.

Legal Disclosure
If approached by an appropriate authority we may disclose information about individual account holders and their account usage, but only when legally required to do so.

Data Security
We take every reasonable measure to protect our data, using the best methods and technology as recommended by our developers and hosting provider. We ask you to assist us in maintaining data security by using the lastest versions of either Internet Explorer or Firefox, in order to ensure you are accessing our service using at least 128bit encryption. We also ask that you use up-to-date antivirus and firewall software on our PC when accessing our services.

Data Protection
Be aware that our servers reside in various countries, therefore we act within the data protection rules of that country. Your data will be stored on servers that may be outside your own country and therefore be subject to differing rules to those within your country.

Linked Partner Sites
This privacy policy does not apply when clicking on links to external partner sites, such as advertising banners and links or referenced websites via our own pages or members profile pages.

Tracking
This site uses Google Analytics, a worldwide well known service from Google.

Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to change this statement at any time without warning in order to meet any statutory requirements, or changes to our activities and services. This privacy statement does not form the basis of any contract between any party.
